Refund policy

At Decors by Merge, we strive to deliver high-quality décor products. If you are not satisfied, please review our return policy below:

• Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns

• Any damaged, defective, or incorrect item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo/video evidence

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized or made-to-order products

• Handmade items with minor variations

• Clearance or sale items (if applicable)

• Used or damaged products (not due to transit)

Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval/rejection

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

• Shipping charges are non-refundable

• Return shipping costs must be borne by the customer unless the error is from our side

Decors byMerge reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
